At Gearbox Loot Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your apparel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the barcode is clearly visible for a smooth transit to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
